Powys County Council Funding Support
Powys County Council operates funding schemes to support businesses and community organisations investing in the county.
These capital schemes are managed by the Council's Regeneration service.
The Transforming Towns Placemaking Grant 2022-25
Provides capital funding for local businesses, social enterprises, and public bodies to enable a broad and flexible programme of support for a wide range of projects that can help to rejuvenate town centres across mid-Wales. The type of projects can include green infrastructure developments, public realm improvements, installing digital infrastructure in town centres, to internal and external commercial and residential property improvements and much more.

ZILF “Energy Efficiency Finance
Up to £5,000 - Repayment over 5 Years - Interest free - Specified works only
This loan is currently available to homeowners at £5,000 per measure, specifically for energy / carbon reduction projects, subject to affordability tests. Qualifying measures include greener double glazing, boilers, solar panels and insulation measures. Support is fully repayable over 5-years.
